3D printing is a little different from buying something mass-produced, and that is part of what makes it fun. Here are the answers to the things people ask us most about ordering, colors, care, kids, custom requests, and the printing process.

Are your items made to order?
Many of our pieces are printed after you order them, while some popular items may already be ready to go. Because 3D printing happens layer by layer, production time varies by design, size, quantity, and current order volume.
How long does it take to make my order?
Small prints can finish quickly, while larger or highly detailed pieces may take several hours or more on the printer. Processing estimates on product listings are the best guide, and custom or larger-quantity orders may need extra time.
Will my print look exactly like the photo?
It will match the design and selected options, but tiny differences are normal. Visible layer lines, small surface variations, and slight color differences are part of the 3D-printing process and make each piece a little unique.
What material do you use?
Most of our decorative, desk, fidget, and family items are printed in PLA or PLA-based filament unless the product listing says otherwise.
Can I choose a different color?
Often, yes. If you love a product but want different colors, send us the product name and the colors you have in mind. We'll let you know what filament colors are available and whether that combination will work for the design.
Do the colors always match what I see on my screen?
We do our best to photograph colors accurately, but screens display color differently and filament batches can vary slightly. Small differences in shade are normal.
Can I order multiples for a party, classroom, or event?
Absolutely. Some products already have multipack options. For larger quantities, send us a message so we can confirm timing, available colors, and what makes sense for the order.
What are the little lines I can see on a print?
Those are layer lines. A 3D printer builds an object one thin layer at a time, so fine lines are a normal part of the process. Some designs can also have tiny marks where supports were removed or where the printer began a new layer.
Can I request a custom print?
Yes. Tell us what you have in mind, the approximate size, preferred colors, and any personalization details. We'll confirm whether it is printable, what options are available, and pricing before we start.
Can you print anything I send you?
Not always. A design has to be technically printable and it also has to be something we are legally allowed to produce. We respect designers, licenses, trademarks, and creator rights, so we may decline a request or suggest another option.
Are all of the designs created by WeCreat3D?
Not necessarily. Our shop may include designs from creators whose work we are licensed or permitted to print and sell, along with pieces selected and curated by our family. We take creator licensing seriously.
Are these toys safe for very young children?
Some 3D prints have small parts, moving joints, magnets, or articulated pieces and may not be appropriate for young children. Always check the product listing for relevant notes and use adult supervision when needed.
Are 3D prints dishwasher or heat safe?
Unless a listing specifically says otherwise, avoid dishwashers, very hot water, hot cars, direct high heat, or other high-temperature environments. PLA can soften or deform when it gets too hot.
How should I clean my print?
A soft cloth or gentle wipe is usually best. When needed, use mild soap and cool or lukewarm water. Avoid abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, and high heat unless the product listing gives different care instructions.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order information and clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll review what happened and work with you on the next step.
What is your return or exchange policy?

These pieces are made by a real printer, one layer at a time, not poured from a factory mold. Tiny lines and small variations are normal - and they are part of what makes a 3D-printed piece feel different from something mass-produced.
